Refund & Cancellation Policy

How to cancel
Vigmis offers two distinct exit paths — choose based on what you want to achieve:
Option 1 — Cancel subscription (Scale plan)
Dashboard → Billing → "Manage Subscription" → Cancel in the Stripe billing portal.
Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. You keep full access until then. Your account and all campaign data remain intact. Campaigns continue running on the Grow plan terms after the period ends.
Option 2 — Delete account (all plans)
Dashboard → Settings → Danger Zone → "Delete Account".
The system automatically handles everything: cancels your subscription (if Scale), calculates your final balance, and if a balance is owed — presents a Stripe payment screen. After payment, or if no balance is owed, your account and all campaign data are permanently deleted. Vigmis is disconnected from Meta, Google, and TikTok. We recommend exporting your data first.
What you owe when you cancel
Grow plan (7% of ad spend)
You owe the management fee on all ad spend from the 1st of the current calendar month up to the date of deletion. The system calculates this automatically and collects payment via Stripe before completing the deletion.
Scale plan ($49/month + 6%)
The $49 subscription fee for the current billing period is non-refundable. If you delete your account, the system cancels your Stripe subscription automatically (no further renewals) and collects any remaining management fee via Stripe before completing the deletion. If you only cancel the subscription (Option 1), no further subscription fees are charged from the next period onward, and your account remains active.
Vigmis service fees — refund policy
Management fees and subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. The AI optimization system works continuously — strategy generation, campaign builds, daily optimizations, briefings, and creative production all occur throughout the month and cannot be "un-done" after the fact.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@vigmis.com within 30 days of the invoice date and we will review your case.
Ad platform spend (Google, Meta, TikTok)
Vigmis does not hold or process your ad spend. Money flows directly between you and the ad platforms. Refund requests for ad spend must be directed to the respective platform:
Creative production fees — videos, images, posts
When you are charged:
- You are charged only when you click "Approve & Pay" on a completed creative. Not before.
- Your first generation attempt is free — no charge until you approve.
- Your first revision (regeneration of the same brief) is also free.
- Second revision onward: charged per generation at the standard rate.
- If you click "Discard — no charge" at any point before approving, you are not charged for that generation.
- Any completed creative not approved within 7 days is automatically discarded at no charge.
Maximum revisions:
Up to 5 revision attempts per brief. After 5, Vigmis will offer to restart from a fresh concept. Vigmis is not obligated to continue generating indefinitely on a single brief.
Revision pricing update:
Revisions 0, 1, and 2 are free. Revisions 3–5 are charged at 50% of the original generation price (Avatar $7.50, Cinematic $6.00, Animation $4.00, Image $2.50). After 5 revisions, a new creative must be started.
Approved creatives are final and non-refundable:
Once you approve a creative, it is locked. No further revisions or refunds are available for approved creatives. Any modification after approval requires a new creative job at full price.
Scale credits are non-refundable:
Monthly creative credits (1 video, 3 images, 5 posts) are included in the Scale subscription fee and are non-refundable. Unused credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.
Non-refundable once approved:
Once you approve a creative and confirm the charge, the fee is non-refundable — third-party provider costs (HeyGen, Kling, Pika, DALL-E/OpenAI) are incurred immediately upon generation. If generation fails after approval due to a technical error on our side, you receive a full credit for a retry.
Exceptions — goodwill credits
We review refund requests case-by-case for:
- Vigmis service outages longer than 24 consecutive hours that provably affected your active campaigns
- Billing errors (duplicate charges, wrong amount billed)
- Scale plan new subscribers who cancel within 72 hours of their first payment and have not yet generated a strategy or run any campaigns
